When I started to do something new for myself I used to say that I don’t have enough time to do it.

After work, there were many things that I wanted to try such as publishing a book, exercising, learning a guitar, and so on to spend time productively in self-development. But I thought I didn’t have much time to do so after work even though

by not doing and scrolling down a social media page.

I made a plan for what I want to try and did it all after finished work at 6 PM.

However, there were problems to keep on. Because I had to work extra hours at times and too tired to do all of them after work so I was not able to do the plan I made. The more this vicious cycle happened the less motivated I was to stick with my plans. even there was a sudden dinner with friends and like this, my plan and goals have faded away.

I couldn’t blame the lack of time. To have my own time, the key was the morning that allows me to focus on my own. It was quite tough to get up early at the beginning as a night person of mine. But once you get into a habit you make much more time to do something you want to focus on and there can be nothing to be disturbed from the outside.

In the morning, concentration and judgment increase. Twice as much concentration as possible, so you can save more time.

Through this, I realized why there are so many eminent figures who are the morning person.
