If you want yourself to make a radical improvement each day, there are things you should know first.

There are many things that have motivated you so far by listening to motivational speech presentation talk, reading a book, and so on. Do you believe that those influence you that much? but you are still here unchanged. WHY? Those things work out for only a few minutes and even you will forget them in less than an hour. It might not improve you but just waste your time.

I was obsessed with watching something motivational on Youtube every morning in order not to procrastinate doing tasks. But it was only that moment. It took me a lot of time to watch the video to get the motivation that only works for nearly 20 minutes which was ridiculous.

Here is a great strategy for having good habits instead of motivation.

Have your specific plan. you make out of it by explicitly stating when, where and how you want to implement the habits so you can increase your odds of success that you want.

Many people think that they lack motivation when what they really lack is clarity.

We have an environment that shapes us in that way so don’t rely on willpower and self-control by getting motivation from the outside. It’s much easier to stick to better habits by planning specifically.
