Procrastination is a terrible habit we all do. I felt guilty procrastinating something I have to do when I was in my twenties. It was something I couldn’t discipline myself.

Every morning I was like If I sleep in exactly 43 minutes I will get four hours of sleep. I have enough time to watch an episode on Netflix or a TV show. The very next day, I had a hard time getting up and procrastinated because I didn’t want to go to work. Then I felt guilty about myself all day long.

But sometimes, it wasn’t really hard for me to sleep and get up earlier if there was something I expected the next day. So I realized that the reason for procrastination was that I didn’t enjoy doing so much. A few days after, I quit the job that made me procrastinate. Some of you may be at a crossroads in your life where you are deciding over what you want to do for a living. Take time and explore your choices before settling on something you might not entirely enjoy.

The exact opposite of that to procrastinate doesn’t mean to underachieve. It means to delay or postpone action often, something you have to do for something you want to do.
